We try so hard to be happy. We have all these rules about how to be productive, and we assign our happiness to boxes. We go to the gym, instead of playing. We chase after the idea of detoxing, cleansing, cutting out dairy, sweets, cake, bread, fruit… instead of joyfully celebrating the wide variety of food we have.

Life is full of frustrating little niggles. I have recently been on a quest to get internet installed in my house. Unfortunately I made a poor choice for an ISP, and ended up spending many long difficult minutes on hold, speaking to call centre employees who had little power to help me, and generally getting tangled up in the worst kind of low level bureaucracy.
So when you find your stomach fizzing and your fists clenching pause for a moment and try these tips to calming down.

Glamourbombs were designed to heighten awareness of fairies, magic and esoteric beliefs - hence the term ‘glamour’. However, I like to think they can be used in almost any situation to add a note of surreality and playfulness.
